Rett Harmon »
C.E.O. and Manager
Rett Harmon is from Newnan, Georgia and is an Eagle Scout. He graduated from East Coweta high School in 1998
and earned a Bachelors of Business Administration, Real Estate Major from the University of West Georgia in
2002. Rett is owner of DJ Retro Mobile DJ services, which is his “fun Job”, that he still operates today.
This was his very first business that he started as a senior in high school, which allowed him to pay his
way through college. At the University of West Georgia he was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity where he
held several leadership positions, including social chairman and Vice President.
Rett received his Georgia Real Estate license in 2001 as a junior at UWG and also holds an Alabama Real Estate
license. Rett is a consistent top producer in sales of Residential, Land and Commercial property. Because Rett
has been an owner of residential and commercial income producing property, he has gained substantial experience
in the development aspect of real estate. Rett partnered with Curtis North in 2008 to form Duffey Leasing &
Management, which is a thriving business that manages close to 450 homes with the help of their five very
talented employees.
Rett has been happily married for 8 years, to his wife Jennifer. They have three children Lola, Wyatt and
Holt and reside in Carrollton, GA. Rett is an assistant coach for his son's t-ball team. He enjoys spending
time with his family and friends at Lake Wedowee and his hobbies include hunting, spending time outdoors and
Dj'ing.
Rett is a member of the Carrollton Dawnbreakers Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellow and a Member of the National
Association of Residential Property Managers. He is a board member of the Young Professionals of Newnan &
Coweta and enjoys serving on the West Metro Board of REATORS where he has been a Georgia Association of
REALTORS Director, Secretary, President Elect and will hold the position of the 2012 President of the Board.

Curtis North »
C.F.O. and Manager / Broker
Curtis North is a lifetime resident of Carroll County. He was born in June of 1970 and graduated from
Central of Carrollton High School in 1988. Upon graduating high school, he received a bachelor's degree
in Business Management in 1993 from the University of West Georgia. He developed a strong work ethic at
an early age by working his way through high school and college with jobs that required him to deal with
the public on a daily basis.
Curtis received his Georgia Real Estate license in March of 1995 and has his Alabama Real Estate License.
He furthered his education and became a broker in 1998. In 2001, he was named the managing broker of
Duffey Realty Incorporated where he managed over 30 sales agents and opened offices in Bremen and Villa
Rica. In 2008, a business associate, Rett Harmon, asked if he would consider opening a management company
to offset the slow Real Estate Sales Market. Together, they formed Duffey Leasing & Management. Through
lots of hard work, long hours and great help from their staff, they have grown to manage over 400 properties
within 3 short years. Curtis is a member of The National Association of Residential Property Managers.
When not working, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife of 18 years and his 3 daughters, Sydney, Logan
and Alysa. He loves anything outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing, and playing sports. He has coached
his daughter's fast pitch softball team for the last 6 years and loves to watch his other two daughters
participate in gymnastics and tennis. As a family, they attend as many sporting events as time will
allow and love vacationing in the Smoky Mountains.

Amanda Simpson »
Administration Manager
Amanda Simpson is our Administration Manager. She is from Newnan, Georgia and graduated from Georgia
Southern University with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, as well as a minor in Business.
She has worked in the hospitality industry with meeting and event space sales and has been in property
management for the past 3 years. Most of her experience is in student housing, marketing and leasing,
but she enjoys all aspects of property management. Amanda also likes photography, interior decorating
and other creative projects.

Nina Nicolosi »
Assistant Manager/Leasing Specialist
Nina Nicolosi is an Assistant Manager/Leasing Specialist. She is from Woodstock, Georgia and is
currently working on her degree as a senior at the University of West Georgia, obtaining a Bachelors
of Business Administration in Marketing. She has been an on-site property manager for 2 years and
is very knowledgeable and experienced in student housing. Her specialties include leasing and
roommate conflict resolution, as well as mediation. Nina loves movies and spending time with
friends.

Josh Stanley »
Leasing Specialist
Josh Stanley is a Leasing Specialist. He's a graduate of Bremen High School and The University
of West Georgia with a BBA in Management. He enjoys flying small aircrafts, watching sports and
staying active in community affairs. Josh specializes in internet and social media marketing.
He joined Duffey Leasing & Management in October of 2009 and also serves on the Board of Directors
of a teachers union and legal association.

Beverley Boswell »
Leasing Specialist, REALTOR
Beverley Boswell is a REALTOR and a Leasing Specialist. Born in England, and came to the US at
age 18. Her previous career Beverley was hairdresser; she also owned a painting contractor business
with her husband which sparked her interest in Real Estate. Beverley got her Georgia Real Estate
license in 2010. She specializes in working with local and international investor buyer clients
and leasing. Beverley enjoys the Beach and spending time with her husband, 5 children and grandchild.

Accounts Receivable and Payable
Emily graduated from the University of West Georgia with a degree in Finance and Accounting in
December or 2008. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and renovating
their new home.
